議事規則
一、論壇 Ⅰ、Ⅱ （各場次皆為60分鐘）
（一）主持人開場：5分鐘
（二）與談人發表時間：各15分鐘，共45分鐘
（三）來賓與主講人Q＆A時間：10分鐘
二、國內、外學者專題演講 Ⅰ、Ⅲ（60分鐘）
（一）主持人開場：5分鐘
（二）與談人發表時間：45分鐘
（三）來賓與主講人Q＆A時間：10分鐘
三、國外學者專題演講論壇 Ⅱ（50分鐘）
（一）主持人開場：5分鐘
（二）與談人發表時間：40分鐘
（三）來賓與主講人Q＆A時間：5分鐘
四、論文摘要發表（每場次4～5篇，70～80分鐘）
（一）主持人開場：5分鐘
（二）各主題發表時間15分鐘，於14分鐘按一聲短鈴，
15分鐘按一聲長鈴提醒並結束發表
（三）最後由主持人帶 Q＆A ，時間5分鐘
（四）若該場次只發表2篇，主持人可視需求彈性延長
各篇發表及討論時間
I. Forum I, II (each session lasts 60 minutes)
(1) Moderator’s Opening: 5 minutes.
(2) Speakers’ Presentation Time: 15 minutes each, totaling 45 minutes.
(3) Q&A Time for Guests and Speakers: 10 minutes.
II. Keynote Speeches by Domestic/International Scholars I, III (60 minutes)
(1) Moderator’s Opening: 5 minutes.
(2) Speaker’s Presentation Time: 45 minutes.
(3) Q&A Time for Guests and Speaker: 10 minutes.
III. Keynote Speeches by International Scholars II (50 minutes)
(1) Moderator’s Opening: 5 minutes.
(2) Speaker’s Presentation Time: 40 minutes.
(3) Q&A Time for Guests and Speaker: 5 minutes.
IV. Paper Presentations (4-5 papers per session, 70-85 minutes)
(1) Moderator’s Opening: 5 minutes.
(2) Presentation Time for Each Topic: 15 minutes, with a short bell at 14 minutes and a long bell at 15 minutes to remind and conclude the presentation
(4) If only 2 papers are presented in a session, the Moderator may extend the presentation and discussion time flexibly as needed.
